2-4 Multiple Mendelian Traits

Lecture 2.4 Multiple Mendelian Traits

Overview

Knowing how to solve simple Mendelian genetics problems with a Punnett square is only the beginning. In fact, Mendel did not use Punnett squares. They are useful when first learning about Mendel’s results. But the time to learn more powerful techniques is upon us. Here we learn how to apply simple probability theory to solve essentially any Mendelian problem of any complexity.
